Good deal, shipping was okay

I picked up some Kapital denim on Grailed and the price was pretty good for what it was. The denim itself was in the condition the seller described, so no complaints there. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long. I've had faster shipping from other marketplaces. The authentication process seemed thorough, though, which is a big plus for high-end items. Overall, a decent experience, but they could probably streamline the shipping a bit.

For sure. Grailed is way more focused on that type of gear. Depop is kinda all over the place, more fast fashion and vintage stuff too. Grailed has better filters for designers.

Definitely. If you're looking for specific archival pieces or luxury brands, Grailed is where it's at. Depop has some, but it's buried under a ton of other stuff.

Returns are kinda tricky. It's not like a regular store where you can just send it back because you changed your mind. Mostly it's only if the item isn't as described.

Yeah, you gotta read the listing super carefully and ask questions before buying. If the seller sends you the wrong item or a fake, Grailed will help, but 'doesn't fit' is usually on you.

Rick usually runs a bit big, especially the shoes. I'd go half a size down if you're between sizes, or just stick with your usual if you like a roomier fit. Definitely check seller measurements if they provide them.

Totally depends on the seller. Some ship super fast, others take a few days to even get it out. I'd say anywhere from 3-7 business days is typical for cross-country.

I don't think so, afaik the codes are usually for direct purchases, not offers. Offers are like, already a discount negotiation.

Nah, pretty sure you can't double dip. The offers system is separate from promo codes. You either use a code on a fixed price item or try to negotiate a lower price with an offer.

They take a percentage, like most marketplaces. I think it's around 9% for Grailed's commission plus PayPal's fees, so factor that in when you're pricing.

Yeah, it's not cheap but it's worth it for the audience. The fees are pretty standard though, just remember that Grailed and PayPal both get a cut.
